Diary entrée  

6th November 1860 

It has been an exciting day in my life I have finally found my purpose in the world.   I am  become to be the 16th president of the United States of America. Some say I was crazy to take the job in the climate America's in. Some say I should just resign though I am not regretting anything like I have always said "the best way to predict your future is to create it". I am going to create mine. The future of America is in my hands.  

 

4th July 1863  

I am so relieved we have just defended our homeland the sacred United States of America from the Confederate states. I could lie and say it was a feeble attack though I am going to say this we are extremely lucky to be here as the odds were stacked against us. This will go down in history as the great battle of Gettysburg. I was positive when I started this job that I would be a part of something important but I would have never suggested something this ruthless as a full out civil war when I was elected president. 

 

This has been a life changing few years with my beloved son willie sadly dying in the crucial  year of 1862 when all angles where being challenged. There has been a total of  around 85 battles in 1862! I felt like to cry and resign though I knew I couldn't. I knew I couldn't just resign because I was part of something way bigger than one life. I knew that I was part of one of biggest civil wars in dated history. I knew I was part of the American civil war. 

 

5th of July 1863 

I am so tired I have been working tirelessly for the last month. The last month has been the devastating losses with 4910 casualties. The battle of Vicksburg was terrible for us though it was even worse for them with 32,000 thousand casualties of the confederates out of there 33,000. This has been a major step in the war even though the piling casualties. The last months have been hard though rewarding. We have been persistent in these challenging times. 

 

 I am finally seeing the end of these bloodbath. I am finally seeing the time when America will be the greatest country in the world. Where America will be the holy land with peace among the people. Like I have always said " I am naturally anti-slavery" it is wrong to enslave so much of the population against their will. I think that it will be over soon I hope. This might be the end. 

 

10th May 1665 

This has been a tough life changing few years. If I knew that this would have become of America throughout my presidency I would have rethought my decision. I was amazed how I got to win the election in 1664 from 212 to 21.This has been a challenging years though I going to hope to excel in the future. I am hoping that I will rebuild America back to its once great economy and land. I am aiming to make  America the greatest country on earth. 

 

 Even though the war is over there are still people who want to kill me for what I did. There will be people who will be angry about the anti-slavery especially rich land and business  owners. Even though the war is over there is always going to be threats and I know I can't stop that though I still will support peace and do it for the greater good of America. We will rebuild this holy land.
